Deployment Tutorial

We need a deployment tutorial for getting this running on Engine Yard AppCloud and Heroku. Also a basic deployment tutorial for random Linux distros (like a VM on Slicehost/Linode would be nice).

Working on this for EY. Heroku is currently pretty easy but will need to change with the changes involving padrino-cache
